Packing steps:
✅ the urn is placed in a plastic bag
✅ the urn is put into the inner box, secured with specially arranged styrofoam
✅ then the packed urn is put in another box and also secured with styrofoam
✅ at the end, the package is wrapped in foil and appropriate stickers are applied

This may cause certain issues such as  longer time of realizing orders. Our decision is caused by the Great Britain’s exit from the European Union and related limitations and restrictions, which we have to face. This is why we decided to move our business to the European Union especially that he majority of our clients are from EU member states.

We will send  your order as soon as possible, and are very efficient at dispatching on time. You will almost certainly receive your order within 5-8 working days.International orders are generally received within 4-6 working days. The delivery time also depends on the postal service, the security, airport and customs procedures on the way, and this timing is beyond our control. 

All products are dispatched via DPD/TNT courier or FedEx and must be signed for .Shipping cost is dependet on order total and weight . Shipping price will be visible when you select the destination country.

If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable, you may notify us to cancel the contract within 14 days after the day of receipt of item(s) and you have a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the item(s) back. Return posting costs will be at your expense.

Customs Declaration

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be for you.

Lost or demage.

In the unfortunate event that your order does not arrive, we provide a straightforward lost parcel claim system that allows you to request a full refund and enables us to claim back for the loss. We are regulated by Royal Mail's terms & conditions and they require a waiting time of 15 WORKING DAYS for the UK, 28 WORKING DAYS for the EU or 40 WORKING DAYS for the rest of the world before you can make a lost parcel claim. Please note Sunday is not a working day.

We understand the frustration that a delayed or lost item can cause but unfortunately we cannot take any action until this time has passed.
